DIVORCE

Divorce the legal dissolution of a marriage. Divorce is the process of terminating a marriage or marital union. Divorce usually entails the canceling or reorganizing of the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage, thus dissolving the bonds of matrimony between a married couple under the rule of law of the particular country or state. When tow people that is in a relationship can’t bear to live with each anymore then they both seek for divorce, one party can also seek for divorce if he or she can’t live with his or her partner anymore. People see divorces the next solution to a long term problem in marriage and they just believe they will feel peace after they have gotten divorce from their partner but I won’t blame them because maybe they have tried all their best to make the marriage work and when there is no change they go ahead to seek for separation from their partner and move on with their life.

IS DIVORCE REALLY NECESSARY?

Sometime divorce is the best solution in most cases. Divorce gives you the right to move on from that marriage and even remarried if you wish. Sometime divorce is not really necessary if the problem can be looking into and iron out. Some people get divorce over some unnecessary reason, let man that get tired of his wife and wish to marry another woman maybe for her money or beauty he simply feel divorcing his first wife is the next option instead of looking into issue and how both of them has been together and see if his wife will accept his second wife but no he will go ahead and divorce her just to bring in another woman. A woman seek for divorce from her husband simply because he cannot provide for the home again and remarry another man that gives everything so I said what if it gets to a time the second cannot provide for her again what will she do then…divorce. Couple needs to sit down and talk about the issues before taking divorce as the next option.

WHO SUFFERS THE MOST IN A DIVORCE?

Men are more than twice as likely to suffer from post-divorce depression than women. Anxiety and hypertension are common in men after divorce, which can result in substance abuse but I will say it both side it just depend on the reason of the divorce. Women are mostly likely favoured in divorce because the man has to give something to the woman part of his property, money and if they have children the court will ask the woman to keep the children while the man will still be providing for them.

IS DIVORCE WORTH IT TO BE HAPPY?

While some may be happier after a divorce, research indicates most adults that divorce have lower levels of happiness and more psychological distress compared to married individuals. Divorce can bring up new conflicts between couples that cause more tension than when they were married. Divorce can bring separation forever between the both couples in some case where one parties is not pleased with the term of the divorce then there will be problem of agreement and this sometime affect the kids too. Divorce doesn’t worth the happiness you both feel before even after the divorce.

I don’t really advice people to divorce if the problems or issues can be look into to talk about, the only time I strongly advice couple to separate or get divorce is when domestic violence is involved because it can lead to death so I will not advice to die all in the name of marriage.

WHAT BIBLE SAID ABOUT DIVORCE?

In the first, Matthew quotes Jesus as saying: “It was also said, 'Whoever divorces his wife, except on the grounds of porneia (sexual immorality), makes her an adulterous and whoever marries divorced woman commits adultery. In the King James Version of the Bible the text reads: But I say unto you, that whosoever shall put away his wife, saving. for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and. whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committed adultery.

Even God go against divorce but if you must have it for some reasonable reason then you must not remarry as long as your partner is still alive that is what Paul said

IS IT A SIN TO REMARRY?
Whether a Christian who has divorced their mate on biblical grounds is free to remarry is a question of scripture. Their spiritual status has not changed in any way in the eyes of the Lord or the church. Jesus gives permission for someone to remarry when adultery has taken place in the bible.

In all I will say divorce is not the best solution in handling issues in marriage. If there are problem you can’t handle separation is best advice for both parties to go and see what is really the problem and see how both of them can’t bring solution to it
