WAYS TO BE HAPPY

 


1. Commit to doing one nice thing for yourself every day. You need to look after yourself. Taking care of yourself should be your one priority.   

 

2. Never sleep on anger. If something or someone makes you angry take the anger out of your mind before you sleep. People have a way of doing things to get on you. All need to do is to handle that problem before going to bed.

 

3. Do more of what you love than what people like to see you do. Put yourself first in this life do not care more on what people say.   

 

 

4. Go out to place that inspires you and your desires more. See yourself around things that brings your heart desire alive



5. Never have the mind that someone cannot disappoint you, believe that human can fail and disappoint you anytime so when someone disappoint you in anyway, you won’t be that hurt. People are ban to make mistake. Don’t take it to heart too much.



6. Wish good for others and it will also come to you. Do to others what you want them to do to you in return



7. If you find yourself in a situation that makes you sad and cry don’t worry yourself over it too much just look for a way to come out of it and move on to a better place.



8. Life is hard but don't make your problem too obvious to people just to pity you or help you try hard in helping yourself because if you depend on people when you have problem they will always remind of that help in the future.



9. Stay with people that give you good energy. Staying around people that encourage you in better way is good. It will help you grow

                            

10. Laugh most often. Sad days will come but never stay sad just chose happiness more.
